These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Help My Interview website at helpmyinterview.com and the Help My Interview desktop application (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by DJ Cloud Solutions ("DJ Cloud Solutions", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Help My Interview is a desktop assistant that listens to your live interview audio and shows suggested answers or talking points in real time, based on the documents you provide. Suggestions are aids only — you decide what to say. The Service is a paid digital service billed in usage minutes, with a free allowance on sign up.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how and where you use the Service, including in interviews, exams, or assessments where third-party assistance may be restricted.

4. Suggestions are not advice

Suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. They are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for anything you choose to say or do.

5. Pricing, billing & Merchant of Record

Prices for minute packs are shown on the website and at checkout in your local currency where available. Purchases are one-time payments — there is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel. Purchased minutes are added to your account and do not expire.

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, invoicing/receipts, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales tax). When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms, and your receipt and payment records are issued by Paddle. Paddle's terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

6. Refunds & cancellation

Our refund policy is set out here: Refund Policy. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. To request a refund, contact support@helpmyinterview.com.

7. Availability

The Service relies on third-party providers and your own network and hardware. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and design are owned by DJ Cloud Solutions. You retain ownership of the documents and content you provide.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Cloud Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its suggestions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
