Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of minute packs for Help My Interview, a service operated by DJ Cloud Solutions. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
1. What you're buying
Minute packs are a digital service delivered instantly as usage credit on your account. Minutes do not expire. There is no subscription — every purchase is a one-time payment, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.
2. 14-day refund on unused minutes
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used a material part of the purchased minutes (we treat use of more than 5 minutes of a pack as material). This reflects that the product is a consumable digital service.
3. When refunds may not apply
- The 14-day window has passed, or
- The purchased minutes have been substantially used, or
- The request relates to misuse of the Service contrary to our Terms.
We still honour any mandatory refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
4. Faults & service issues
If the Service is faulty or doesn't work as described, contact us and we will make it right — including a refund of affected minutes where appropriate — regardless of the 14-day window.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@helpmyinterview.com from your account email with your order/receipt reference (from your Paddle receipt). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
